These Terms and Conditions were last updated in December 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" / "Terms of Use").
These Terms govern the access, registration, and use of the BingoPay platform including its website, mobile application, and all related services. Users are advised to read these Terms carefully before availing any services offered by BingoPay.
BingoPay is an independent digital financial facilitation platform operating in accordance with applicable laws of India. BingoPay is not a subsidiary, associate, or part of any other company or corporate entity.
BingoPay provides technology-based solutions to enable users to access financial and allied services offered by third-party service providers. BingoPay does not act as a bank, NBFC, or financial institution and does not store user funds directly.
BingoPay facilitates access to various digital services including payments, wallet-based transactions, bill payments, and other permitted services as may be introduced from time to time. The availability of services may vary depending on regulatory approvals, partner integrations, and user eligibility.
BingoPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
By accessing or using the BingoPay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications made to these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the BingoPay platform and services.
For the purpose of these Terms, definitions provided herein shall apply throughout the Agreement unless the context otherwise requires.
Users agree to use the BingoPay platform strictly in compliance with applicable Indian laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unlawful behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and usage of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, PINs, OTPs, and login credentials. Any activity carried out using valid credentials shall be deemed to be authorized by the user.
BingoPay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, sharing of credentials, or failure to secure devices.
BingoPay acts only as a facilitator for transactions initiated by users through third-party service providers. Transaction processing timelines and outcomes are subject to the policies and systems of such providers.
BingoPay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or reversals caused by external systems.
Applicable service charges, convenience fees, or processing fees will be clearly communicated prior to the completion of any transaction. Users agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the services availed.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BingoPay from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
BingoPay services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BingoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on the BingoPay platform are the exclusive property of BingoPay. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
BingoPay shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or network outages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
